How to fight hair loss

You used to have thick, full hair.  Now, it's thinning a bit ... or maybe, it's thinned a lot.

Now, you want to fight hair loss. You want to keep your hair.

You don't want to do a painful graft. You're skeptical of pills for hair loss that have unpleasant side effects.

You want to know if shampoos and treatments like Nioxin work.

Will, you can fight hair loss with Nioxin.

I use the full system -- the shampoo, scalp therapy, scalp treatment -- for a while, this seemed to slow my hair loss and keep my hair looking full.  Plus, it's a great shampoo that makes your hair soft and thick-looking.

As I've aged a bit, my hair loss is now accelerating somewhat.  That's when I added Nioxin intensive hair follicle booster.  It's supposed to work to stimulate your follicles and keep them growing. No, it won't regrow hair from lost follicles, but it DOES keep your hair growing.  Those follicles that used to have only that tiny peach fuzz are now sprouting hair.  That's after about 5 months of regular use.

Plus, I find the product works a bit like a pomade and helps keep your hair in place.  Combining it with the scalp treatment makes for a red scalp at first, but it works.  It makes my hair look thicker and I can tell that I'm keeping more.

It's especially helpful (to me) at the front of my scalp where I was slowly losing my hairline.

I'd certainly recommend you try it:

What's in Vimax? Ginko Biloba

So, like I said yesterday, I've been using Vimax for nearly 2 weeks now and it works.  Harder, stronger erections.  Less "down time." Did I mention hard erections?

But why does Vimax Male Virility Enhancement work to give you stronger, harder, bigger erections?

One of the key ingredients is Ginko Biloba leaf extract.  Ginko is known to improve blood flow and is often prescribed to sharpen focus and improve memory.

But, blood flow is also critical to strong, hard erections.  So, the inclusion of a significant amount of Ginko means your blood is flowing everywhere. And that means to your penis when you become aroused.

I used to long for the days in my early 20s when I had nice, firm, powerful erections.

Now, I'm having them again.  Vimax is the reason.

Does Vimax Work for Male Enhancement?

The short answer is YES. Vimax male virility enhancement pills work.

Now, let's be more clear on what that means, exactly.

All guys remember being in their teens and early 20s and getting super hard erections that wouldn't go away. Sometimes, you'd have an orgasm, and within minutes, you'd find yourself hard as a rock again.

I clearly remember being in meetings in my first real job in my mid-20s.  I'd be at the table and for no apparent reason, I'd have a huge erection in my pants -- and I'd not want to stand up.  Those erections were sometimes embarrassing, but also felt amazing.

I also remember having sex then -- with rock hard erections and an ability to "come back" for more not long after finishing the first round.

Around the time I was 31, things started to change.  I'd get erections at work less frequently.  I still got them when I needed to and everything worked fine, but just a slight drop off.

Now, nearing 40, I've noticed I don't always stay hard when I get an erection.  Sometimes, I ejaculate before I want to.

My size is and has always been around average, maybe a little better.  That's not my concern.  My issue is wanting that performance ability.

I have seen all kinds of ads for male enhancement products, even the "smiling Bob" ads from Enzyte.  I never paid them much attention.  I just assumed they wouldn't work.

Finally, after another frustrating sexual encounter, I got online determined to try something.  Just try it and see.

The review on Vimax were mixed, for sure.  But better than most anything else.  It's not about permanently increasing your size (nothing short of surgery can really do that), it's about increasing the force and hardness of your erections.

You simply take one a day with a meal and it is supposed to work.  I figured I didn't have much to lose.

I have been taking Vimax Monday-Friday for a little over a week.  I don't take them on weekends because I don't want my partner to discover them.

Anyway, by the second day, I noticed at the office I was becoming aroused.  And not for any clear reason.  Later on, when I had some "alone" time, I experimented.  The erection I got was thick, throbbing, and very hard. When I finally achieved orgasm, I stayed hard for a bit, which is unusual these days.

Now, with what I'm going to say is 8 days of Vimax under my belt, I'm getting erections more regularly, they are very hard, and they feel amazing.  I haven't tried my new "toy" out on another person yet, but when I do, I'll report the results.

Because I'm only taking them Monday-Friday, the bottle should last me 6 weeks.  And let me say this: even though I'm not taking them on Saturday and Sunday, I get great erections on those days, too.

Nothing makes a man feel more confident than the security of knowing when it is time to perform, everything will work great.  Now, I have that confidence.  I know I'll get hard, stay hard, and maybe even be ready for a second round.  Plus, it's cheaper than Viagra and as far as I can tell, pretty safe, too.

How to get bigger, stronger erections

If you are wondering about a safe way to get bigger, stronger erections -look no further!

L-Arginine could be just what you need.

The natural supplement is safe AND effective.  Some of it is in watermelon (though you'd likely have to eat an entire melon to get the Viagra-like benefits). Also in Walnuts and Almonds...so be sure to eat your nuts!

And of course, you can buy natural L-Arginine as a supplement and take it every single day.  Getting it into your system is the best way to ensure the maximum level of enhancement.

You can't just take two arginine pills and then be "ready for action." It's NOT like Viagra in that way.  But it does boost nitric oxide which is essential to enhancing blood flow.  Yes, blood flow everywhere.

And we all know better, stronger blood flow means bigger, harder erections.

So, check it out.  And buy some.  In a few days, you'll notice a difference. And if you take it all the time, you'll always be ready.

Grow Your Hair with Biotin

About 7 years ago, the stylist who cuts my hair noticed it was thinning.  She warned me to take action lest I become bald.

She recommended I use Nioxin -- which I do.

And she also suggested using Biotin - a supplement/vitamin that is supposed to promote skin/hair/nail health.

Let me tell you:  It does!!

My hairline has receded a bit, yes.  But the hair I do have is very thick and grows quite fast.  And that emerging bald spot from 7 years ago?  Not a sign of it.  I won't say I'm growing MORE hair...but my hair grows faster and seems healthier.  And I will admit the receding hairline is there, but not nearly noticeable given the thickness and body my once-thinning hair now has.

I was reminded of this the other night while watching a TV special on women's hair care and they were stressing the importance of Biotin to keep your hair growing strong as you age.

As a man, I've appreciated being nearly 40 and still not bald, in spite of warnings I was headed in that direction.

I can't promise it will help you keep hair forever. But Biotin has worked and is still working for me.

Get better results with Arginine!

Yes, you've read all about L-Arginine.  The "super" natural supplement that helps boost your workout by boosting blood flow.  And yes, since it boosts blood flow, it can also help you have stronger, harder erections.  Because it helps your body release nitrous oxide which relaxes your blood vessels and helps them improve flow.  Popular erection supplement Magna Rx even uses Arginine to help in its formulation.

So, you want some?  IT's worth a try, right?  1000 mg 3 times a day gives your body the boost it needs!

Does Fish Oil Really Help Your Brain?

YES!

It does.  Keep taking fish oil.  And eating healthy fish.  Of course, it has heart benefits.  And can help your vision.  And relieve joint inflammation.

But, it also really, really helps your brain.

That's great news, especially in light of recent reports of fish oil's minimal benefits for your heart.

It's important to note that there are many, many studies that tout fish oil's benefits for the heart.  And a diet rich in healthy fats and lean protein has been shown to be good for your heart and your overall health.  Also, just b/c you take supplements doesn't mean you can engage in otherwise unhealthy eating.

And ... don't forget to exercise.  Blood flow to your brain is critical -- and improved with regular exercise.  Exercise can also relieve the stiffness that causes joint pain.  Plus, over time, regular exercise boosts energy levels -- helping you feel less tired.

So, keep eating healthy fish.  And taking your fish oil supplement.  And of course, exercising.
